Draft pending legal review. This policy describes the aegix.global marketing website only. It is accurate to what the site technically does today, but the items marked [REVIEW] (retention period, entity details, the linked product policy, and the effective date) need confirmation by Aegix and review by counsel before publication. The Aegix AIM platform and any student/education data it processes are governed by a separate product privacy policy and data-processing agreement.

This Privacy Policy explains how Aegix Global, LLC ("Aegix," "we," "us") handles personal information collected through this website. It does not cover the Aegix AIM platform or services provided to customer organizations, which are governed by separate agreements ([REVIEW — link to product privacy policy / DPA]).

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit one of our contact forms we collect the information you enter:

• Request a demo / sales: first and last name, organization, email address, phone number (optional), sector, and your message.
• Support: name, email address, priority level, and your description of the issue.
• Training: organization, contact email, number of participants, training type, and any additional notes.

Please don't include sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, financial account numbers, health information, or student records) in free-text fields — they are only needed to respond to your inquiry.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Amazon Web Services / CloudFront) processes standard technical request data such as IP address and user-agent to serve and secure the site. We store a theme preference (light/dark) in your browser's local storage; it is not a cookie and is not transmitted to us. This site uses no analytics and no advertising or tracking pixels.

How we use information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to and act on your inquiry (sales, support, or training). Form submissions are delivered to us by email via Amazon SES to the relevant team inbox; they are not stored in a website database. We retain inquiry emails for [REVIEW — retention period, e.g. 24 months] and then delete them.

Third parties we share with

We do not sell your personal information. We rely on a small set of service providers:

• Amazon Web Services — website hosting (S3/CloudFront) and email delivery (SES).
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot/spam protection on the contact forms. Turnstile is privacy-preserving and does not use cookies for cross-site tracking.
• YouTube (Google) — the case-study video on the K-12 page loads only after you click play, at which point YouTube (in privacy-enhanced "no-cookie" mode) may set cookies. No YouTube content loads until you choose to play it.

Cookies & tracking

This site sets no first-party tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The only third-party data transfers are Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact page and the click-to-play YouTube video — both described above. Because we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to "opt out of selling."

Your privacy choices & rights

Depending on your state of residence (for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, and comparable state laws), you may have the right to:

• Know and access the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Delete personal information you provided;
• Obtain a portable copy of it;
• Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share);
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not request sensitive data); and
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise a right, email privacy@aegix.global. We will acknowledge your request and respond within 45 days (extendable by a further 45 days where permitted), at no charge. We may need to verify your identity against the information you previously submitted.

Global Privacy Control: we honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as GPC). When your browser sends a GPC signal, the site displays a confirmation that it has been honored. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no additional action is required.

Children's & student data

This website is intended for adults and institutional buyers (school, government, healthcare, and faith communities). It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any student education records. Aegix's handling of student or child data within the Aegix AIM platform — including obligations under FERPA and applicable state student-privacy laws — is addressed in our separate product privacy policy and customer data-processing agreement ([REVIEW — link]).

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited personal information this site handles. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
